The datasheets are to be submitted until 31st January 2016 or 31st March 2016.
Both the Datasheets and the Datasheet Completion Manual are available in a downloadable format on our website accessing our Home page via the OSAP quick icon or from Downloads under the Public menu.
Within the statistical data collection programme (OSAP) for 2015, data on water resources management and water utilization to be achieved are collected as per the provisions of relevant legislation.
The 2015 OSAP Datasheets No. 1373, 1375 and 1694 are downloadable from the website of the General Directorate of Water Management (OVF) or the territorially competent water management directorate. The completed datasheets are to be forwarded electronically to the address given in the notice received from the territorially competent water management directorate.

The data supply can be completed through downloading, filling-in and forwarding
the Excel datasheet in an e-mail to the territorially competent water management directorate. There is a completion manual on the last worksheet of the Excel file below. The deadline of data supply is 31st March 2016.

The statistical collection of water management data shall take place through the Water Use Online Data Processing System operated by the General Directorate of Water Management from 2017, which hopefully will significantly reduce the administrative burden related to data supply. Via the gradual introduction of the new system put in operation from January 2016, data suppliers – in limited number – showing willingness will have the opportunity to supply their data online as per the set conditions and thus gain experience about the operation of the system that becomes obligatory for every single operator from 2017.
Should you wish to try the online system, please express your intention by forwarding the front page(s) of the OSAP Datasheet (Excel file or paper-copy questionnaire) to the territorially competent water management directorate by 8th January 2016. The directorate shall confirm the approval into the online operation (or the rejection considering the limitation on the number of applicants) by 15th January 2016. The General Directorate of Water Management of the competent directorate shall provide further information on the method of online data supply in due course.
