Every complaint or announcement of public interest articulated orally is to be recorded in writing. In case of announcements of public interest a carbon copy of the Data Sheet is made with the exception of the measures taken. The carbon copy can be collected in opening hours in the Central Office in Pécs by confirming the receipt of the carbon copy on the original Data Sheet.
