Events ArchiveBlood donation campaign was organized at the premises of the South-Transdanubian Water Management Directorate on Wednesday December 2, 2020. Blood donation events are considered as a tradition, since they have been held regularly for eight years now with the cooperation of our staff members as blood donors. For the second time this year our colleagues as responsible volunteers contributed to the increase of blood supplies, when our directorate was visited by the health care workers of the Regional Blood Transfusion Centre Pécs of the Hungarian National Blood Transfusion Service with the support of the Hungarian Red Cross (IFRC).
The blood donation campaign was implemented in compliance with COVID-19 pandemic rules and recommendations with the contribution of our colleagues participated in the blood donation process, which provides the healing treatment and recovery of patients.
